Bloodline Connection: Alexa Blubaugh to Alexander Neibaur
2026
Bloodline ConnectionDescription
Alexander Neibaur (1808-1883) carried the Zakkai bloodline to Nauvoo. Trained as a rabbi, he taught Joseph Smith Hebrew and Kabbalah in Nauvoo 1843-44. This is the theological transmission layer: the Kabbalah traveled through this blood from Babylon to Nauvoo. Neibaur is the bridge between the ancient Davidic Exilarch line and the modern Mormon theological system. EVIDENTIARY TIER: DOCUMENTED (FamilySearch + historical record).
Significance
Second of four confirmed bloodline paths. Neibaur is the transmission bridge: ancient Davidic bloodline to Mormon theological infrastructure. The Kabbalah teaching connection makes this both a bloodline and a knowledge transmission path.
