Bio Notes

LDS Church member, publicly condemned by the Church Sept 2023 for 'betraying his friendship with a senior apostle.' Lawsuit from 5 women (Oct 2023) alleges he claimed kinship to Apostle M. Russell Ballard and told victims the apostle authorized OUR's controversial rescue tactics. FBI/Davis County investigation docs report Ballard framed his mission and Liberty 89 around God calling him to 'restore America to the covenant' — verbatim White Horse Prophecy language — and used psychic medium Janet Russon (claiming to channel Book of Mormon prophet Nephi) for real mission 'operational intelligence' (prosecutor cited '10,000 pages' of readings). Spoke at a Turning Point Action conference July 2023; listed TPUSA Students speaker.
