In a Dec 2025 statement (covered by Jesse On Fire's YouTube channel), stated Ben Shapiro 'was not an ally of Charlie Kirk in any capacity whatsoever — he was an adversary of Charlie Kirk's and behind the scenes he worked against them,' and referenced Shapiro's post-Kirk-death 'blood soaked microphone' comment about continuing Kirk's tour.
