Rick Cutler

Role

Security contractor

Affiliation

Kirk security detail (Sept 2025, one-off volunteer); Operation Underground Railroad (Tim Ballard's org)

Bio Notes

Retired Irving TX police officer (~30 yrs, ~22 on SWAT), ex-Army MP. Confirmed part of Charlie Kirk's actual security detail per Brian Harpole's own account — was in the SUV during first aid after the shooting. Separately named in a viral, unverified 'palm gun' theory (Margaret Menge, Crossroads Report) alleging he covertly shot Kirk — the same article that popularized the theory also lays out solid counter-evidence against it. No evidence ties Cutler personally to Tim Ballard's misconduct scandal.
