Tesseract School + Children Pattern — Independent Observations by Alexa and Candace Owens

Tesseract School (federally contracted for-profit education)

LIVED EXPERIENCE (Tier 1) + ATTRIBUTED (Tier 3). Two independent observers flagged a children pattern connected to Jerri Frantzve and Lori Frantzve, without coordination. 1. ALEXA (Tier 1, Lived Experience): On FamilySearch, Alexa observed a pattern of very, very young children showing up as connected to Jerri and Lori. Connected to, which is distinct from related to: the profiles surfaced in association with Jerri and Lori when she searched a specific name that kept recurring alongside Jerri or Lori, and the number of results coming back formed a weird pattern. A second weird pattern: how many of those connected profiles were already dead at a young age. Alexa's honest context on the deaths, in her own framing: on their own they do not necessarily mean anything, because these records reach far back into eras and regions where children commonly died in clusters from disease. The anomaly is the amount of profiles that were both dead at a young age and connected to Jerri and/or Lori somehow. 2. CANDACE OWENS (Tier 3, Attributed): Independently noticed a pattern involving Tesseract School and abused children. Was looking at different information than Alexa, not the FamilySearch pattern, but a different angle. Candace thinks it is connected to Tesseract. CONTEXT: Jerri Frantzve developed psychological curriculum for Tesseract School (federally contracted for-profit education) 1993-1999. Erika Kirk attended Tesseract. Jerri's work involved behavioral compliance, closed systems, children, and federal contracts, the exact profile discussed by Solar and Alexa as the kind that attracts intelligence-community attention. TIER NOTE: Alexa's observation is Tier 1 (Lived Experience). Candace's observation is Tier 3 (Attributed). Both are valid evidentiary tiers. Neither is a failure state.
