McCormick Professor of Jurisprudence at Princeton University. Founder of the James Madison Program in American Ideals and Institutions at Princeton — the same program where InsightFlow's Andrew Bibby held a Postdoctoral Fellowship. Co-founded the Witherspoon Institute and the National Organization for Marriage (NOM).
