Blood Atonement Pattern: Lee to Kirk to Boyer
The system investigates itself through controlled mechanisms that appear to be accountability but actually function as containment. The Frank Church Committee was one such mechanism. Sumner Howard was another, from an earlier decade. Both investigated institutional violence. Both sacrificed a scapegoat. Both protected the broader network. Both maintained the system's homeostasis. The same operation is now running forward onto Charlie Kirk and Tyler Boyer. Charlie was the catalyst martyr. His assassination gave the system its next mandate. Tyler Boyer will be the blood sacrifice to atone for the bloodshed the institution believes is necessary to bring about Zion. The pattern operates in six steps: (1) Institutional violence or overreach occurs. (2) The system generates an investigation that appears to challenge its own power. (3) The investigation acknowledges the worst abuses publicly, so the public feels something is being done. (4) A scapegoat is sacrificed. (5) The broader network is protected. (6) The system continues operating under new cover. The investigation IS the containment. The prosecution IS the protection. The sacrifice IS the atonement. Mountain Meadows 1857: system commits violence, Sumner Howard prosecutes, John D. Lee is sacrificed, Brigham Young is protected. Yates/Bucks/Aiken 1857-58: system commits violence, Gentile Ring attempts prosecution, Supreme Court overturns, Hickman is sacrificed, Brigham Young is protected. Frank Church Committee 1975: investigates CIA, MKULTRA acknowledged, scapegoats sacrificed, network protected. Charlie Kirk 2025: catalyst martyr. Tyler Boyer: predicted blood sacrifice. Frank Church: the Frank root and the Church name converge in the man who chaired the investigation into the intelligence community. The Frank root is the same covenant marker traced through the family network.
