President of Harding College (Church of Christ, Searcy Arkansas). Founder of the National Education Program, a national anti-communist film and publication operation. Produced 'The War We Are In' (1962). New York Times, May 18, 1961: 'Wide Anti-Red Drive Directed From Small Town in Arkansas.' A mass-media conditioning operation running through a religious college. Appears in Nixon Library Box 77 correspondence alongside Ezra Taft Benson.
