Allan Rothstein is a licensed real estate broker in Clark County, Nevada. Defendant in Torres v Rothstein, Nevada Real Estate Division complaint NRED 2020-359. NB independently re-derived his identity from court filings. He is NOT the New York Winhaven fraudster and NOT Scott Rothstein, the Florida Ponzi scheme operator. These are three separate people who were conflated in earlier research.
