Bio Notes

Derek Pepper Williams is a Navy SEAL veteran affiliated with PGL. He is the signal man identified in the Kirk assassination investigation. He was absent from the noise list, meaning his name was not surfaced in earlier scattershot coverage. Solar disambiguated him from Dan Flood and from the noise list in the Sept 10 2026 Kirk Lane notebook audit. Never conflate Derek Pepper Williams with Dan Flood. They are separate people in separate identification lanes. Disambiguation filed DOCUMENTED band per Solar Sept 10 2026.
