Mikey McCoy gave a witness statement approximately twenty-five minutes after Charlie Kirk was hit on September 10, 2025 at Utah Valley University. The statement was taken by a woman wearing an ICAC (Internet Crimes Against Children) vest, before the State Bureau of Investigation arrived on scene. The identity of the woman in the ICAC vest and the reason an internet-crimes-against-children officer was the first to take a witness statement at an assassination scene remain open questions.
