Alan Rothstein is the Chairman of the Winhaven Group, a Manhattan real-estate firm. He graduated from NYU Law in 1978 and served as the longtime general counsel for the New York City Bar Association. The Winhaven Group purchased 640 Broadway in SoHo for 32.5 million dollars in 2012. Alan Rothstein is identified as the uncle of Erika Kirk, with Erika living with Alan and Nicole Rothstein during her time in New York.
